Delicious and Health Banana Bread - Recipe

Banana Bread Recipe


  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 2 cups of fine oat flakes
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder


  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cashew or brazilian nuts


  • Preheat oven to 180°C;
  • Cut the bananas and place them in a blender or food processor, add the eggs, oil and beat well;
  • Put this mixture in a bowl and add the oat flakes, nuts and cinnamon mix well;
  • Add the baking powder and mix without beating too much;
  • Put the entire mixture into a silicone pan, or a greased pan;
  • Decorate with a banana cutted in half;
  • Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 180ºC.


  • To find out if the cake is ready, stick a toothpick in the dough: if it comes out clean, you can take it out of the oven; otherwise, leave it for a few more minutes, until it’s completely baked.
